Kingsley: a little bit of Paradise...
Kingsley has a number of strategic advantages that differentiate it as a unique place to live, play, learn, and work. Kingsley is a village located in south-central Grand Traverse County, Michigan and is defined largely by a small collection of commercial and government buildings at its primary intersection of Brownson Avenue (leading north to Traverse City) and Michigan Highway 113 (west to US131 and east to M37).
Kingsley is situated in an ideal location with many attributes that should work to promote its continued growth. It is a major gateway to Northwest Michigan. Motorists from Chicago and Grand Rapids primarily travel M131 as the primary highway to the region. Some of this traffic, of course, diverts at M113 and heads west through Kingsley.
